These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lightwell mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by METANIMBUS INC. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

The Service does not provide crisis intervention or emergency services.

Content provided through the Service — including AI Pastor messages, Blessing Cards, group conversations, and any other information — is for inspirational and devotional purposes only and:

4. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

4.1 The Service uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to generate responses, prayers, reflections, Blessing Cards, suggestions for matches or groups, and other content. These outputs are automatically generated based on patterns in data and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

4.2 We do not guarantee that any AI-generated content will be theologically correct, doctrinally sound, or aligned with any particular denomination or faith tradition.

4.3 You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on any information obtained through the Service. Please use your own judgment, personal discernment, and prayer, and consult human advisors where appropriate.

5. Accounts and Registration

5.1 To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up to date.

8. Paid Features, Subscriptions, Quotas, and Referral Program

8.1 Subscriptions and Quotas.
We may offer paid subscription plans (for example, “Faith Basic” or “Faith Plus”) that provide you with a certain monthly quota of usage, such as chat messages, meetup matches, or other features (“Quotas”). The specific Quotas, prices, and features for each plan are described in the app or in the applicable app store listing. If you would like to unsubscribe, you need to do it manually in Google Play.

8.2 Auto-renewal, billing, and plan changes.

8.3 Use and reset of Quotas.
Quotas are personal to you and may only be used within your account during the applicable billing period. Unless we explicitly state otherwise:

We may from time to time offer free Quotas, trial access, discounted pricing, or other promotional benefits. Any such offers are subject to the terms described at the time and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

8.5 Referral and invitation program.
We may operate a referral or invitation program that rewards you with additional Quotas or other benefits when new users sign up or subscribe using your invitation code or link (“Referral Program”).

8.6 Changes to pricing and paid features.
We may change subscription prices, Quotas, or paid features from time to time. Any price changes will generally apply at the start of your next billing period, subject to applicable law and app store requirements. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

9.1 The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, apps, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for these third parties.

9.2 Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

10. Privacy

10.1 Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.2 Because the Service may involve sensitive topics (e.g., prayers, spiritual concerns, emotional issues), please review our Privacy Policy carefully and be mindful of what you choose to share.

11. Disclaimers

11.1 The Service and all content (including AI-generated outputs) are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

15.3 Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in the United States. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, in-app notice or email where appropriate).
